Drochil Castle Farmhouse lies to the west of Peebles in the rolling hills and scenic valleys that make up the Scottish Borders. It is an ideal base for touring the Scottish Borders yet is only 30 minutes from the festival city of Edinburgh and 45 minutes from Glasgow.
Directions from Edinburgh:
Take the A702 from Edinburgh heading South towards Biggar.
Follow the A702 until you reach a roundabout before West Linton.
Take the second exit on the roundabout, straight on into West Linton.

Turn left onto the B7059 just before the Gordon Arms Pub.
Follow the B7059 for roughly 2 miles until you come to a T - junction.
Turn left onto the A701 towards Blyth Bridge.
Follow the A701 for 1 mile until you reach Romanno Bridge.
Turn left onto the B7059.
Continue along the B7059 for about 3 miles.
Turn right at Drochil Castle next to some woodlands. It is signposted.
