Valley view is a double ensuite bedroom on the ground floor suitable for less able visitors. It is a large tastefully decorated room with original features and ample storage. The en-suite shower room is very luxurious and is large enough for wheelchair access but this room has sacrificed no luxury or style in ensuring that it is equally accessible to all visitors. Stable Haugh is a double en-suite bedroom on the first floor. It is a spacious room with comfortable double bed, a bed settee for additional temporary accommodation for a child or small adult if required. The ensuite shower room is large, bright and luxurious. Water Meetings is a family room on the first floor with a double and a single bed. It is a bright room with a tasteful tartan accent. Smiddy Haugh is a twin bedroom on the first floor with views to the river at the side of the house. The room has a cosy feel with warm furnishings. An additional, fold-out, bed is provided if needed. Castle View is a twin bedded room on the first floor with views to the Lyne Water to the east side of the house. There is an additional fold-out bed if required. The bathroom with bath, toilet and basin and separate shower room are shared with Water Meetings and Castle View if all are occupied.
